Asset Data Analyst £52,000 per annum – Permanent – Full Time – Hybrid (2 Office Days per week)

This is a great opportunity to join the Asset Management team at Wandle Housing Association. We’re looking for a highly organised individual with a strong attention to detail to join as the Asset Data Analyst to support with data insights and reports across all areas of the business. You’ll be a trusted and reliable partner to stakeholders, understanding the importance of how accurate and well‑managed data helps the organisation.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Use data‑driven insight to shape strategic asset management decisions, helping the organisation invest in the right homes, at the right time, for the greatest impact.
  • Take ownership of asset data quality and governance ensuring accuracy, consistency and integrity so teams across the business can rely on it to make informed decisions.
  • Act as the go‑to expert for our Asset Management System, enhancing functionality, supporting users, and ensuring it’s used effectively to unlock the full value of our data.

What we are looking for:

  • You’re confident working with large, complex datasets using tools like Excel, Power BI or similar to uncover meaningful insights and solve real business challenges.
  • You understand the importance of accurate, well‑managed data and have experience ensuring data integrity, consistency and compliance across systems and processes.
  • You bring an understanding of asset, housing or property‑related data using it to support decision‑making, performance tracking or service improvement.
  • Highly organised with a strong attention to detail when dealing with data and reporting systems.
  • You can translate complex analysis into clear, engaging insights communicating confidently with a range of stakeholders to influence decisions and drive action.
  • Degree with data/analytical content or equivalent professional experience.
