Wandle Housing Association is seeking a proactive Sales and Portfolio Officer to join our Development Sales team. You’ll manage the end-to-end sales process for affordable housing products and drive the programme’s success.
You’ll generate leads, qualify buyer eligibility, conduct viewings, and liaise with solicitors and brokers to move sales from reservation to completion. Hybrid working (2 days in the office) is available.
