We are looking for a Neighbourhood Customer Service Team Leader to join our Neighbourhood Team here at Wandle!
As the Neighbourhood Customer Service Team Leader, you will lead and manage team to deliver excellent neighbourhood services to our customers.
Key responsibilities
- Performance manage a team of Housing Officers and ensuring their ongoing development.
- Conflict resolution and de-escalation of customer concerns.
- Utilise the data we collect to drive decisions and performance.

- Have proven and demonstrable Housing Management experience.
- Strong track record of performance management and driving employee capability.
- Be customer centric in your leadership approach.
- Embody collaborative working across your own team and other teams in the organisation.
- Good stakeholder management, internal and external.
- Be an effective communicator, both verbal and written.
