Wanderlust Wine is an independent importer and distributor specialising in organic and biodynamic wines from small, sustainable family estates. We supply over 650 accounts across the UK including some of the country's most acclaimed restaurants and we're looking for a reliable, flexible team member to join our warehouse and help keep those orders moving.

This is a hybrid role: some days you'll be in the warehouse picking, packing, and preparing orders; other days you'll be behind the wheel, delivering wine to our restaurant and hospitality customers across London and the Home Counties. The split will flex with the seasons and our order volumes, so we're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys variety and can adapt to what's needed on the day. It's a great fit for someone who wants consistent full time work with a friendly, close-knit team and doesn't mind getting stuck in.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Picking, packing, and labelling customer orders accurately and with care
  • Repacking and sorting stock as required
  • Driving between our warehouses and delivering orders to restaurant and hospitality accounts across London and the Home Counties
  • Loading and unloading vehicles safely
  • Maintaining accurate delivery records, including invoices and payment collection where needed
  • Communicating clearly with the warehouse team and operations manager to keep things running smoothly
  • Providing a professional, friendly experience at every delivery drop

What We're Looking For

  • A full, valid UK driving licence with a clean driving record
  • Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in doing the job properly
  • Comfortable switching between warehouse and driving duties depending on the day
  • Good communicator with colleagues and customers alike
  • Organised, with solid time management
  • Knowledge of London and surrounding routes is helpful but not essential
  • An interest in wine is a bonus we're happy to help you learn

What We Offer

  • £13 per hour
  • Employee discount on our wine range
  • A supportive, experienced team where your contribution genuinely matters
  • Room to grow as the business grows
