Unlike many AE roles, you won’t be stuck in the background – you’ll collaborate directly with senior leaders, develop key industry relationships, and gain hands-on experience across sales, marketing, and events. You’ll get to work on destinations that inspire – think rugged coastlines, buzzing city life, and breathtaking island escapes. With European travel as part of the role and potential for more in the future, this is perfect for someone who’s ambitious, curious, and serious about building a career in travel. This is a rare opportunity to gain real exposure, hands-on training, and career progression – all within a company that values talent over titles.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Training tour operators and travel agents on exciting destinations.
  • Supporting and attending key industry events, trade shows, and roadshows.
  • Helping coordinate fam trips and UK sales missions.
  • Managing online training programmes and engaging new students and graduates.
  • Creating and distributing impactful newsletters and social media content.
  • Keeping the CRM and key databases updated with essential industry contacts.
  • Assisting with marketing campaigns, reporting, and partner activities.

What we’re looking for:

  • At least one year of experience in a similar role or within the travel industry.
  • Strong communication skills – you’ll be presenting, networking, and engaging with partners.
  • A proactive approach – someone who takes initiative and gets things done.
  • A love for travel and a keen interest in building a career in the industry.
  • Confidence with Microsoft Office (speedy typing skills are a bonus!).

What’s in it for you?

  • Serious career development – working directly with senior leaders on high-profile projects.
  • Industry exposure – from global travel events to key client meetings.
  • Plenty of travel – across the UK and sometimes overseas.
  • Hybrid working – based in Kent with excellent transport links to London.

This isn’t just another AE role – it’s a chance to grow, learn, and make an impact in the travel industry. If that sounds like the kind of opportunity you’ve been looking for, send your CV and let’s talk.
