A fabulous little accounting practice in South London is looking for a Practice Manager who can help their business run smoothly, stay healthy and continue to serve its clients with care. This is a leadership role at the heart of a small, purpose-driven company. You’ll work closely with the Director to steer planning, growth and day-to-day performance, supported by a brilliant Deputy Practice Manager.
You’ll spend your time:
- Setting strategic objectives and turning them into deliverable projects
- Keeping the financials on track through sensible budgeting
- Driving business development across marketing, operations and delivery
- Leading recruitment activity across the practice
- Managing and developing the team, including twice-yearly reviews
- Preparing and presenting quarterly board meetings
What you’ll bring:
- Confidence leading and motivating a small team
- The ability to build strong relationships with clients, suppliers and partners
- Experience in planning and commercial thinking and ideally AAT level 4
- A calm, highly professional approach
