A well-established and profitable iGaming affiliate business is looking for a senior paid media leader to join a lean, entrepreneurial team that moves fast and expects the same from its people. This is a relationship role as much as a technical one.
Winning in paid media at this level comes down to who you know and how well you've maintained those relationships — at Meta, Google, and across the major ad networks. You'll have navigated restricted advertising environments, understood the compliance constraints that come with them, and found ways to perform within them rather than around them.
On the operational side, you'll own the paid media function end-to-end: strategy, execution, budget management, and reporting directly to the CEO.
You'll likely be:
- An experienced paid media leader with hands-on platform experience at Facebook/Meta, Google, or similar
- Comfortable operating in regulated or restricted advertising environments
- Based within CET ±2 and happy working remotely
- Either from iGaming or from a space with comparable advertising complexity — crypto, fintech, regulated consumer
