Scale what millions already love. We’re working with one of the most popular gaming platforms in the world, trusted by a vast global community of players and creators. It’s a profitable, product-led business with millions of active users, eight-figure annual revenue and big plans for the future.
We’re looking for a sharp, commercially minded Growth Product Manager to join the team and lead key initiatives across monetisation, conversion, and user engagement. You’ll work directly with the founders and an experienced product team to identify opportunities, run high-impact experiments, and drive meaningful results.
Your focus will be on optimising every stage of the user journey - from onboarding and activation through to premium access, subscriptions, and other revenue-generating features. You’ll shape and deliver a focused roadmap, experiment rapidly, and be trusted to act on the data. This role suits someone hands-on, metrics-driven, and excited by the challenge of growing a platform already loved by millions.
What you’ll be doing:
- Designing and executing a roadmap of growth experiments across product and user experience.
- Scaling monetisation through subscriptions, premium features and creator-focused incentives.
- Partnering with design, engineering and data to ship new features and iterate on existing ones.
- Improving onboarding and reducing friction across the full user journey.
- Optimising engagement and referral loops to deepen retention and acquisition.
- Owning KPIs, setting targets and reporting progress with a metrics-first mindset.
About You:
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years in a growth-focused role.
- Strong understanding of user funnels, conversion metrics, pricing strategy, and CRO best practices.
- Excellent analytical skills; able to build dashboards, interpret data, and run A/B tests.
- Deep empathy for users, with a bias toward intuitive, elegant solutions.
- Comfortable owning roadmap, strategy, and execution in a fast-paced, remote-first team.
- Bonus: experience in gaming, UGC, or marketplaces.
This is a pivotal hire with real ownership. You’ll be reporting directly to the leadership team, working with experienced operators and helping shape the future of a business that’s just getting started on its next chapter. If that sounds exciting, we’d love to hear from you.
