We’re representing a high-growth performance marketing group in the iGaming space making a bold pivot: the creation of their own proprietary programmatic trading platform. This new product will give advertisers direct access to audiences through a transparent, real-time marketplace – extending well beyond the company’s core sector.
This is not about maintaining an existing system. It’s about inventing, from the ground up, a commercially viable platform that could redefine how advertisers buy and optimise media in this space.

- Work with engineering, data, and design teams to build an advertiser-facing platform with real-time bidding functionality.
- Shape revenue models across CPM, CPC, CPA, and hybrid deals.
- Build the go-to-market strategy: onboarding advertisers, activating first-party data, and carving out competitive differentiation.
- Operate both strategically and hands-on to launch a live beta within 6–9 months.

- Strong background in adtech, martech, or digital product leadership.
- Commercial instincts: you understand both product build and revenue levers.
