Wanda Health is transforming fragmented, reactive healthcare into something better—predictive, proactive, and deeply human. We're building an AI-enabled platform that makes lasting metabolic health achievable—for everyone who needs it. By bringing together biometric monitoring, behavioral coaching, and real-world health data, we help people managing weight and cardiometabolic conditions achieve outcomes that stick.
We partner with US Pharmacy Benefit Managers to deliver personalized care at scale—and we're at an exciting inflection point. With a growing US market presence and an ambitious product roadmap ahead, this is a rare opportunity to shape something meaningful from the inside. If you want to work on a problem that matters, with a team that moves fast and thinks rigorously, we'd love to hear from you.
We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to help us build our next generation healthcare platform—someone who leads with frontend craft but is equally comfortable owning backend services end to end. You'll work closely with our CTO and Product Designer, translating technical and product roadmaps and Figma designs into production-ready software, and helping establish the engineering foundations our growing team will build on. This is an early, high-ownership role. You'll have real influence over technical decisions that matter.
What You Bring
- Strong full stack experience, ideally in a senior or lead role
- Frontend expertise in React and React Native, with a good eye for design implementation
- Solid backend experience with Python, FastAPI or equivalent, and PostgreSQL
- Comfort with AWS, CI/CD, and modern DevOps practices
- A practical, confident approach to AI-assisted development tools
- Experience mentoring junior developers and caring about code quality
- Experience in healthcare or regulated environments is a plus—but curiosity about the space matters more.
What We Offer
- A hands-on technical leadership role at a pivotal stage
- Direct collaboration with senior leadership and a US-facing product
- Flexible working within a Bristol-based engineering team
