What you'll do
- Deliver a full-length podcast video edit of about an hour, formatted for YouTube and Spotify
- Cut a punchy one-minute trailer for social media
- Produce short-form clips for Instagram Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts
- Apply colour grading, sound design and subtitling to a high standard
- Contribute title and thumbnail ideas
- Collaborate with the podcast producer on narrative and pacing
- Attend occasional in-person shoots and meetings in London or the UK
What you'll need
- Strong video editing skills including colour grading, subtitling and sound mixing
- Comfort in the Adobe Suite, with Premiere Pro and After Effects as the key tools
- An understanding of hooks, cliffhangers and storytelling that retain attention
- Access to a powerful editing setup and fast internet
