Job Description
Persephonica is hiring a Studio Lead & Senior Videographer to take ownership of its London studio and act as technical lead for video across a slate that includes Miss Me? with Miquita Oliver and Jordan Stephens, Dua Lipa's Book Club, Dig It with Jo Whiley and Zoe Ball, and Political Currency. The role is based mainly in the Hoxton studio with occasional travel to Sheffield, and is technical and hands-on.
What you'll do
- Rig and operate multi-camera studio setups, lighting and audio
- Design and troubleshoot remote recording workflows
- Travel to record on location, including outside broadcasts
- Set up remote recording kit at presenters' homes
- Shoot and cut pilots and sizzles end to end
- Run file management, media workflow and studio operations
- Source and manage freelance video crew
What you'll need
- At least three years across podcast, broadcast, YouTube or digital video production
- Deep expertise with professional camera, lighting and audio setups (Canon and Sony preferred)
- Confidence running remote recording workflows including OBS and Riverside
- Strong editing skills in Premiere Pro, with After Effects where relevant
