Siena is hiring a Founding Creative Director — Remote, London, United Kingdom. Siena builds customer-experience agents for consumer brands including Spanx, FIGS, Brooklinen and Grüns, and is hiring its first Creative Director. This is a founding creative hire: the role sets the visual and verbal identity of the brand and then builds the work that carries it, spanning brand identity, campaign concepts, art direction and the creative that goes out across marketing channels.

Because it is the first dedicated creative role, the scope runs from defining the system to producing the work inside it, with real autonomy over direction. The posting is open to London or remote within Europe. It suits a creative director who wants ownership of a brand from the ground up rather than stewardship of an existing one.

MEET SIENA

Siena is the Agent of Record for CX, built for consumer brands like Spanx, FIGS, Brooklinen, and Grüns. It runs as a connected multi-agent stack on top of a shared intelligence layer: agents that sell, support, listen, handle social and voice across the entire customer journey, turning every conversation into signal you can act on. We have built leverage into how we work, which is what lets a team this size move at the speed we do. Everyone here owns real outcomes, defaults to writing over meetings, communicates with directness, and acts the moment they see something worth acting on.
