Job Description
Hearst UK, the publisher behind Esquire, Men's & Women's Health, ELLE, Good Housekeeping, Harper's Bazaar and Cosmopolitan, is hiring a Junior Video Editor to work from its London office, with flexible Fridays. The role creates high-quality, platform-native video content across Hearst UK's portfolio of brands, working closely with producers, editors, journalists, directors and art directors.
What you'll do
- Edit everything from branded partnerships and social-first campaigns to editorial formats and premium commercial productions
- Own projects from brief through to final delivery
- Shape stories through pace, music, graphics, colour and sound
- Create platform-optimised edits for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Facebook
- Apply colour correction and audio balancing for a polished, broadcast-quality finish
What you'll need
- Proven experience editing video with Adobe Premiere Pro
- Working knowledge of After Effects, plus experience with Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
- Prior work creating content for consumer-facing brands, publishers, agencies or media organisations
