Maven, an independent brand and experience consultancy based in Brighton working mainly with technology businesses and organisations with complex problems, is hiring a Graphic Designer for a hybrid role based in its Middle Street studio. The successful candidate owns work end to end rather than staying within a narrow job description.
What you'll do
- Work across brand, digital, print, campaigns, video, content, interiors, events and signage
- Move from a website to a workplace, or a brand identity to a wayfinding system
What you'll need
- Strong graphic design foundations
- A good body of professional work
- Confidence taking ownership and presenting ideas clearly
- Curiosity about businesses and audiences
- Experience across digital and print
- A hands-on, adaptable and collaborative approach
Nice to have
- Experience in branding, web design, motion, video or environmental graphics is useful, but expertise in everything is not required
Pay and benefits
- £28,000 to £32,000, depending on experience
Good to know
- This is a hybrid role, not a fully remote position, and the studio expects regular in-person collaboration
