You will consult with clients to identify suitable massage services and provide professional massage treatments as listed in the brochure. You will maintain a clean and organized work environment, sterilize equipment, and comply with all relevant standards and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to assess their needs and recommend appropriate massage services
- Deliver Foot Reflexology and Body Massage treatments (with and without oil) according to client requirements
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of workstations throughout the shift to ensure a safe and welcoming environment
- Replace and keep linens clean and organized between client sessions
- Sterilize massage equipment to meet hygiene and safety standards
- Participate actively in meetings and training sessions to improve skills and service quality
- Follow all applicable standards, rules, and regulations to ensure compliance and client safety
- Provide massage services comfortably and professionally to clients from diverse backgrounds
Required competencies and certifications
- Proficiency in providing Foot Reflexology and Body Massage (with and without oil)
- Relevant massage or beauty certification such as ITEC, CIBTEC, or CIDESCO
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage and communicate effectively with clients
