WaM Architecture specialises in front-end design work up to planning and has a highly successful track record in obtaining planning consents. Our team thrives on solving challenges for complex sites. Whether designing a single dwelling or a mixed-use large scale apartment project, we always adopt a site- and client-specific approach. We have extensive expertise in the entire process from urban design, masterplanning, capacity studies, bid documents and pre-applications, through to obtaining the planning consent. Always focussing on delivering the client brief whilst collaborating closely with the design team, planners and major shareholders to achieve exceptional outcomes.

We are looking for talented, enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals to add to our creative, design-led team, with a variety of roles, be it full-time, part-time or freelance.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD to create accurate and coordinated drawings is a must
  • Strong graphic skills and presentational skills, always striving for perfection in the work we create
  • Strong proficiency in Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator
  • Proficiency in SketchUp and V-Ray
  • Knowledge of the Planning System and Residential Design Experience is of benefit, but not essential
  • Driving Licence and access to a car is required
