In this role, you will be responsible for providing multi-trade general maintenance and repair services across our developments and ensuring high-quality living environments for our homeowners. Your expertise will play a vital role in upholding the standards of our developments and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine and preventative maintenance tasks on various properties
  • Minor electrical work
  • Plumbing repairs
  • General joinery tasks
  • Interior and exterior painting and decorating

  • Be able to work independently on tasks
