In this role, you will be responsible for providing multi-trade general maintenance and repair services across our developments and ensuring high-quality living environments for our homeowners. Your expertise will play a vital role in upholding the standards of our developments and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance tasks on various properties
- Minor electrical work
- Plumbing repairs
- General joinery tasks
- Interior and exterior painting and decorating

- Report to the customer care manager
- Be able to work independently on tasks
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including repairs carried out and any materials used
