5 Dimensions Trust is seeking a passionate and committed individual to take on the voluntary role of Chair of Governors at Walton High. This is a rewarding opportunity to lead a dedicated governing board and play a key strategic role in shaping the future of a thriving and ambitious school. As Chair, you will work closely with school leaders and fellow governors to ensure strong governance, accountability, and continuous improvement. Time Commitment:

  • Approximately 4 Local Advisory Board meetings per year (each around 2 hours, in person)
  • School visits and monthly meetings with Headteacher (can be online)
  • Preparation time, including reading and reviewing documents
  • 3 optional breakfast meetings per year with Trust team for support and collaboration
