With over 40 years of experience we offer a comprehensive range of bathroom products from prestigious European manufacturers, ensuring a blend of functionality and elegance.
We are now looking for Full-time Sales and Design Consultant to join us in our 5,500 sq. ft. showroom in Hersham, Surrey.
We are looking for people who are enthusiastic about both generating sales as well as inspiring designs. The position comes with a competitive salary & uncapped commission.
The right people will need the following essential qualities:
- Minimum 5 year previous bathroom sales and design experience
- Knowledge of popular high-end bathroom suppliers and their latest products as well as the latest in interior design trends
- Ability to turn customers’ preferences, requirements, and style into realistic stunning designs and sale
- Strong flair and passion for selling and the ability to negotiate effectively
- Manage your own CRM, appointments, and emails
- Target driven with the ability to achieve set targets for sales and margins and proven sales experience in the bathroom industry
- Able to follow up on all leads in the business, converting them into sales
- Energetic with a high degree of self-motivation and able to work to quick deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Virtual World or similar CAD experience

Work days: Monday to Saturday with a day off in lieu for working Saturday
