Learning Support Assistants required for September 2026. Do you want to join a dedicated and friendly team? Do you have a passion to support young people to meet their full potential?
We are looking to appoint the following Learning Support Assistants:
- 2 permanent full-time Learning Support Assistants working 32.5 hours a week on a 45.05 weeks per year contract
- 1 permanent part-time Learning Support Assistant working 19.5 hours a week over 3 days on a 45.05 weeks per year contract
- 1 fixed-term 2-year part-time Learning Support Assistant working 19.5 hours a week over 3 days on a 45.05 weeks per year contract
Responsibilities and expectations: As the ideal candidate, you must be able to demonstrate that you are highly motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You must be adaptable and organised with the ability to work flexibly across the school. Ideally, you will have experience of working with students with special educational needs. You will be working with individuals and small groups of students, under the direction of the class teacher, providing effective support to help students reach their full potential. These posts would be suitable for graduates looking to enter the field of education.
