We are looking to appoint a Learning Support Assistant with experience of working with students with special educational needs. You will be working with individuals and small groups of students, under the direction of the class teacher, providing effective support to help students reach their full potential.

Responsibilities

  • Work with individuals and small groups of students under the direction of the class teacher to provide effective support that helps students reach their full potential.

Qualifications

  • Experience working with students with special educational needs.
  • Highly motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptable and organised, able to work flexibly across the school.
  • Commitment to safeguarding; you will be required to undertake an Enhanced DBS Disclosure.
