We arelooking for an ambitious, energetic and exceptional individual to be outnew Pastoral Assistant at Waltham Toll Bar Academy.
The PastoralAssistant will work closely with our Pastoral team to monitor and supportstudents' behaviour.
We arelooking for an experienced candidate who demonstrates a strong desire tosupport students and improve behaviour across the Academy.
A crucialpart of this role will be managing behaviour and running an inclusion unit.
Thesuccessful candidate will hold ambitious expectations for all students.
