Waltham Gateway Academy is seeking an RSP Teaching Assistant (Permanent) to join the Resource Specialist Provision team.
This 32.5 hour per week role runs term-time only (195 days) with a salary around £20,238 actual, pro-rated from £26,948 FTE.
You will work with the RSP Teacher, SENDCO and staff to deliver a specialist curriculum, support pupils with SEMH needs, and foster trauma-informed, inclusive learning across Key Stages.
