Waltham Gateway Academy in Grimsby is seeking an experienced RSP Lead Teacher to join our new provision for SEMH pupils. You will lead a small team, work with the SENDCO and external agencies to deliver a broad, specialist curriculum for our RSP pupils.
The role requires resilience, dedication and a flexible, child-centred approach. Prior experience with SEMH needs and trauma-informed practice is highly valued; training will be provided through Trauma-Informed Schools UK.
