Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns for school events and college social media platforms.
- Proactively grow and further develop the School Liaison Programme through school visits.
- Coordinate and execute college marketing campaigns to achieve market growth and brand awareness.
- Lead delivery and coordination of secondary school events, taster sessions and college open events, providing support and information to parents, school leavers, careers advisors, adult learners and other stakeholders.
- Produce content marketing to attract, engage and retain target audiences via articles, podcasts, videos and other media across Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Analyse campaign performance and provide timely reports and updates.
- Maintain a flexible approach to working hours and travel to secondary schools and external marketing events as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Attention to detail and ability to plan, prioritise and meet deadlines independently.
