Job Title: Learner Progress Coach
Location: East London
Hours: 36 hours per week, 42 weeks per year (Term Time Only)
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £28,231 – £29,847 per annum

We are looking for a progress coach to join the Engineering curriculum team. As a progress coach, you will be responsible and accountable to inspire, support and mentor learners to successfully achieve their programme of study and progress onto positive destinations.

Responsibilities

• Inspire, support and mentor learners to successfully achieve their programme of study and progress onto positive destinations.
• Review progress of learners, monitor attendance, and deliver the pastoral tutorial framework designed to enrich personal, social and employability skills.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience of supporting learners ideally within an FE setting and providing coaching and mentoring for success.
