Key Responsibilities

  • Support the examinations department in managing all internal and external exams.
  • Oversee invigilators and assist with various administrative tasks, from registering and booking candidates through to overseeing invigilators and assessments, making claims, managing certificates and updating achievements.
  • Prioritise and work proactively across many different tasks.

Key Requirements

  • A strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent I.T skills.
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with a flexible approach to working hours and duties.
  • A positive can-do approach.
  • Experience in Further Education (FE) within an Exams department.
  • Proficient using computerised databases (MIS).
