As the Marketing Officer for the College, you will lead role in the delivery and coordination of secondary school events, taster sessions, college Open Events, etc. and providing support and information to key stakeholders: parents, school leavers, careers advisors, adult learners etc.

You will also be responsible for producing content marketing to attract, engage and retain the target audience by creating and sharing articles, podcasts, videos, and other media, for the College's content marketing platforms including Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn and any other associated platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate secondary school events, taster sessions, college Open Events and provide support and information to key stakeholders.
  • Produce content marketing to attract, engage and retain the target audience by creating and sharing articles, podcasts, videos, and other media for the College's content marketing platforms including Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn.
  • Communicate effectively with people, work independently without close supervision, plan, prioritise and meet deadlines, provide timely reports and updates.
  • Flexible approach to working hours and arrangements, and willingness to travel to secondary schools and other external marketing events.
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns particularly for school events and the College's social media platforms, craft compelling content, analyse campaign performance, grow and further develop the College's School Liaison Programme (via school visits), and Social Platforms (including TikTok).
  • Coordinate and execute the College's marketing campaigns, deliver innovative strategies to achieve market growth and overall brand awareness.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
  • Attention to detail.
