We are looking for someone who will support the examinations department in managing all internal and external exams, including overseeing invigilators and assisting with various administrative tasks, from registering and booking candidates through to overseeing invigilators and assessments, making claims, managing certificates and updating achievements.
The role is a varied one, with the ability to prioritise and work proactively across many different tasks being the key to success.
A strong attention to detail and accuracy, effective written and verbal communication skills, excellent I.
T skills, the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with a flexible approach to working hours and duties - alongside a positive can-do approach - are essential requirements for the role.
The ideal candidate will also have experience in Further Education (FE) within an Exams department and be proficient using computerised databases (MIS).
