The London Borough of Waltham Forest offers permanent staff a recruitment and retention bonus of £2000 paid annually in June and December. New recruits joining us will receive £1000 on commencement and £1000 on successful completion of the first 12 months (pro rata).
We are looking for Educational Psychologists to join our team who:
- Can support in the delivery of the Experts at Hand.
- Are excellent practitioners with good communication, interpersonal, organisation and time management skills.
- Are reliable, flexible and able to show initiative.
- Are committed to improving outcomes for children and young people in the local community.
- Have a sound knowledge of evidenced based interventions.
Qualifications and Requirements:
To be considered for this position, you should meet the following requirements:
- A professional Educational Psychology qualification recognised by the BPS and a HCPC registration.

- Satisfactory declaration of interest;
- This role is subject to safer recruitment practices as it involves work with children and/or vulnerable adults;
- Satisfactory DBS check;
- As a public authority, we must ensure that members of staff in public-facing roles are able to speak fluent English.
