Role and Responsibilities
The postholder is responsible for monitoring and evaluating apprentices' progress to ensure they consistently meet the required standards in their chosen field. You will assess apprentices' knowledge, skills and behaviours through observation, questioning and portfolio reviews while providing constructive feedback and tailored support to drive their success. You will act as the key liaison between employers, apprentices and external organisations fostering strong partnerships to ensure compliance, smooth progress and successful apprenticeship outcomes.
Qualifications
You will have a relevant teaching and/or assessor qualification with proven experience in apprenticeship training and assessment.
