Key Requirements
- To work closely with the Head and Deputy Head of ALS to oversee the effective use of systems and procedures to capture the learning experience and associated funding claims for students receiving support.
- To co‑ordinate the processes for students with EHCPs to ensure the highest quality experience for students' families/carers and external professionals.
- Input, track and update High Needs funding returns and update Boroughs regarding any in‑year change to support needs or cost of the provision.
- To maintain data relating to ALS activity, AEB and High Need claims that meets management reporting requirements.
- Provide regular funding reports to the Head of ALS and Deputy Head of AL.
- Liaise with manager and teams to ensure annual review documentation is in place.
- To enhance the work of the ALS Management team in three key areas: coordination of EHCP processes, oversight of the college's High Needs and Adult funding claims, and provision of general administrative support.
