Waltham Forest is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to provide 1:1 and small-group behaviour support across KS3 and KS4 in a mainstream secondary school.

The role involves working with students inside and outside the classroom, building strong relationships, and applying effective de-escalation techniques.

The post starts September 2026 on a full-time basis, with a long-term temp-to-perm pathway and weekly pay.

CPD in SEMH and safeguarding is provided, with opportunities across KS3 and KS4.
