The successful candidate will play a pivotal role within our award‑winning Marketing Team, leading the development and implementation of innovative digital solutions that strengthen the College's marketing, communications and stakeholder engagement.
This newly established role will champion the use of artificial intelligence (AI), digital design, automation and data‑driven insight to improve efficiency, creativity and audience engagement. The postholder will help identify and implement new technologies and ways of working, while ensuring data protection, compliance and the ethical use of AI remain central to all activity.
Working collaboratively across the Marketing Team and wider College, the postholder will identify opportunities for digital innovation, embed AI‑enabled tools and processes, and use data and insight to improve marketing performance. The role combines digital creativity, analytical thinking and strategic innovation to strengthen the College's digital presence and support its wider objectives.
This is a forward‑looking opportunity for an ambitious and creative marketing professional to help position the College at the forefront of digital transformation and innovation in further education marketing.

- Experience of working within a marketing environment is essential. The successful candidate will also have:
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Design, Communications, Technology, Business or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, digital design, communications, innovation, social media or content marketing.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, digital content and analytics tools.
- Experience using data, analytics and reporting to evaluate performance and inform decision‑making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A creative and innovative approach, with the ability to develop fresh ideas and translate them into effective marketing activity.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high‑quality work.
- The successful candidate will be enthusiastic about digital innovation, emerging technologies and continuous improvement. They will be confident working collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders, while also being able to work independently and take ownership of projects.
- They will be highly organised, able to plan and prioritise effectively, manage multiple deadlines and provide timely updates and reports on progress and performance.
- Given the nature of the role, the successful candidate will need to be resilient, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment. A flexible approach to working hours and arrangements is required, along with a willingness to travel to schools and other external marketing engagements.
