The company offers a range of transportation services, including grab and tipper hire as well as skip and RoRo hire, ensuring efficient and safe disposal of waste. We are seeking a Maternity cover Sales Administrator to join our team on-site at our Nursling location. The Sales Administrator will be responsible for assisting with order processing, supporting the sales team, ensuring customer inquiries are managed efficiently, and maintaining accurate records. This role will also involve coordinating administrative tasks and liaising with clients to ensure seamless communication.

Qualifications
  • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Experience in Order Processing and Sales, including managing customer orders and supporting sales activities.
  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance tasks, such as maintaining records and ensuring accurate documentation.
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities, with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working on-site and collaborating with a close-knit team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Prior experience in the recycling or construction industry is a plus but not required.
