This is a full-time, on-site role based in Romsey for a Business Development and Weighbridge Administrator. The role involves managing the weighbridge, accurately recording vehicle weights, loads, and documentation, and ensuring compliance with site procedures and regulations. The position also includes handling customer enquiries, preparing quotations, processing orders, and supporting the sales pipeline with follow-ups and account management. The administrator will collaborate with operations and transport teams to schedule collections and deliveries, update internal systems, and maintain accurate records and reports. The role requires regular interaction with visitors and drivers, providing clear instructions, maintaining a safe and organized site office, and supporting continuous improvement of customer service and business development activities.

Qualifications

  • Experience in administration, preferably in waste management, construction, logistics, or a related operational environment.
