This role is pivotal in ensuring the success of the Oracle Fusion ERP implementation. Working closely with the ERP lead, the Technical Business Analyst (BA) will facilitate requirement gathering and workflow design. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of Oracle Fusion expertise, financial systems knowledge, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
Tasks & Deliverables
- Collaborate with ERP lead, to gather and document detailed business requirements.
- Design and optimize workflows to meet business objectives with Oracle Fusion.
- Identify and analyze current implementation gaps and recommend improvement strategies.
- Collaborate with different regions to ensure seamless integration and implementation across borders.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and understanding.
Engagement Details

- Location: Remote; requires at least 4 hours of overlap with US Eastern Time (ET) business hours.
