Key performance areas:
- Develop the sales and profitability within a designated geographical area.
- Prospecting, making sales calls, product training, customer support/analysis, and process/product recommendations through both direct and distribution partner channels.
- Documented cost reductions and CRM administration.
- Implement innovative machining techniques, cutting strategies or refine current methods and procedures to drive and support our customers' continuous improvement initiatives.
Your profile:
- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and cutting tool applications with strong experience in indexable milling and a metal cutting background.
- Experience with 5-axis machine centres and familiarity with machining aerospace materials.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Confident and articulate communicator, both verbally and in writing, with the ability to present clearly to internal and external audiences.
- Active listener who builds strong relationships, thrives in collaborative environments, and contributes effectively as part of a team.
- Self-motivated and results-driven individual with strong time management skills and a proactive approach to personal development.
