We have a wonderful opportunity for an experienced skilled Butcher to join us in the role of Assistant Shop Manager supporting the day to day running of the shop, helping to drive performance and contribute to developing innovative, award winning quality products.
Working closely with the Shop Manager and the Butchery and Delicatessen team at our well established shop located within Huntingdon Garden Centre, you will be fully competent in all aspects of butchery with excellent butchery and display standards, providing premium quality products and service to our valued customers.
Key Requirements:- Proven experience as a skilled butcher in a busy retail environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to support and motivate a team
- Commercial awareness and confidence balancing shop performance with customer service
- Passion for product development and delivering premium quality produce
