We have an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Cook with strong Delicatessen experience to join our well established team managing our Deli counter.

Location: Worlds End, Aylesbury (located within Blue Diamond Garden Centre)Hours: Full time, 42.5 hours per week (7-day rota, flexible days)Salary: £30,940
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience cooking and managing a Deli within a busy retail environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to support and motivate a team
- Commercial awareness and confidence balancing shop performance with customer service
- Passion for produce development and delivering premium quality produce
- Drive, enthusiasm and pride in high standards
