Role Description
The Assistant Manager role is a full‑time, on‑site position based at our Melbick's Garden Centre Birmingham location.
This role supports the Store Manager in overseeing daily shop operations, including supervising team members, organizing staff schedules, and maintaining high standards of product quality and presentation.
The Assistant Manager helps manage stock levels, monitors food safety and hygiene practices, and ensures compliance with company procedures.
