Position Details Seniority level: Mid‑Senior level Employment type: Full‑time Job function: Project Management and Information Technology Responsibilities Build concept models and connections to ensure alignment with the design team.

Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineering consultants to develop engineering solutions.

Oversee designs, review project specifications, and interpret applicable codes and industry standards.

Guide and assist other modelers regarding issues such as codes, design criteria, and software.

Provide guidance to team members regarding Walter P Moore assessment techniques, modeling standards, processes, and quality.

Promote, exhibit, and communicate our Extraordinary Client Experience (ECX), Extraordinary Employee Experience (EEX), 5 Coordinates, vision, mission, and purpose.

Lead and manage a team of professionals, set direction, outline goals, and execute the project plan.

Execute complex modeling, planning, organizational direction, and quality control of projects, providing technical supervision and staff development.

Qualifications 15+ years of prior experience, with 10+ years in Tekla steel detailing on complex projects.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational skills.

Demonstrated ability to engage individuals and teams to complete tasks or projects.

Ability to mentor and lead individuals and teams, build partnerships, and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.

Demonstrated career growth with experience working on design teams for a variety of building or project types.

Strong client‑service attitude with the ability to multitask and accomplish multiple priorities.

Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize work in a fast‑paced environment.
