The Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Site Administrator to support the delivery of a historic restoration construction project. You will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of the site office, with an emphasis on Microsoft Office proficiency and excellent organisational skills. As a key liaison between site teams, subcontractors, and head office, you will help to maintain the highest standards expected in prime residential developments. This role will be site-based.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the site management team.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date site documentation, including drawings, permits, and compliance records.
  • Prepare and format reports, schedules, and correspondence using MS Word and Excel.
  • Assist in tracking deliveries, managing inventory logs, and coordinating with suppliers.
  • Assist with timesheet collection, payroll coordination, and subcontractor documentation.
  • Organise and minute site meetings, inspections, and client/visitor walkthroughs.
  • Ensure all health and safety documentation is current and accessible.
  • Support procurement processes and maintain records of materials and equipment.
  • Liaise with architects, designers, and consultants when necessary, to ensure smooth communication flow.

About You

  • Proven experience in a similar administrative role within the construction or property sector would be beneficial.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook).
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • A valid driving licence is essential due to the location of the site.
