We are looking for an
Assistant Finance Analyst to make a meaningful impact and be part of a dynamic team, on an initial
12-month Fixed-term contract!
Reporting into our Senior Finance Manager, the Assistant Finance Analyst will be responsible for the delivery of financial support, which drives the overall growth of the Walt Disney Travel Company International by providing accurate and timely financial services across the portfolio of Disney products.
This role assists the finance team in the day-to-day running of finance functions across the portfolio of Disney products.

This role will be based in our London Hammersmith office, 4 days a week, with either Monday or Friday working from home.

What You Will Do
- Ensure smooth running of the accounts payable (AP) function and accuracy of supplier invoices, monitoring purchase order (PO) limits for vendors and raising new POs as/when required.
- Assist with P-Card reconciliations.
- Provide accurate cost recognition and assist with regular monthly activities (e. g., month and quarter‑end close tasks, journals, reconciliations) with focus on either DCL and WDW or DLP and transport providers.
- Assist with preparation of balance sheet reconciliation for deferred and prepayment accounts.
- Assist with monitoring finance tracking systems, including scheduling of monthly reviews with budget holders.
- Check weekly trade payments through the clearing houses and liaise with trade team on discrepancy resolution.
- Reconcile and account for ticket stand‑alone bookings for WDW.
- Conduct competitor analysis and inform management of findings accordingly.
- Produce agent sales and incentive reports as required.
- Conduct weekly bank reconciliations across the portfolio.
- Be a Casual Buyer for the WDTCI and assist the team with all SAP/Coupa related queries, including tracking of all purchase orders, investigating and responding to supplier issues.
- Perform ad‑hoc financial analysis as required by the team.

- Required Qualifications & Skills
- Degree‑level education in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- SAP experience within a similar function, desirable.
- Experience of working in the travel industry in a finance function, beneficial.
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills.
- Computer literate in MS Office package with particular competence in Excel.
- Excellent organisational skills, with ability to prioritise workflow while managing a variety of tasks.
- Good team‑working skills but able to work independently and ask for help/advice where needed.
- Ongoing awareness of process efficiency improvement.
- Strong written and spoken English for business use, essential.
