Digital Product Executive, 12 Months Fixed-Term Contract
We are seeking a Digital Product Executive to support the planning and coordination of digital production across Disney Destinations International (DDI)/Parks platforms. This role involves establishing strong partnerships with local and global teams, supporting the Digital Product Owner in briefing the local DDI digital team, and shaping requirements within an Agile methodology.
The successful candidate will contribute to digital and technology roadmaps, ensure stakeholder alignment with the digital strategy, and collaborate with teams to maintain high standards for on-platform content and functionality.
This position requires working 4 days in the office and 1 day remotely each week.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with local and global teams to manage digital production on platforms.
- Gather requirements from stakeholders, develop solutions within technical constraints, and translate these into briefs and JIRAs in the product backlog. Identify and communicate errors or omissions to stakeholders.
- Communicate briefing deadlines for upcoming releases based on sprint schedules to facilitate planning.
- Support prioritization of backlog items and manage sprint planning and releases, including dependencies.
- Participate in shaping meetings to estimate features and manage the Icebox for missing information or assets.
- Attend Agile ceremonies such as retrospectives, stand-ups, and demos.
- Showcase completed work and communicate progress to stakeholders.

- Ensure timely communication of deadlines for future releases.

Qualifications & Skills
- Proven digital experience, preferably within the travel industry.
- Experience with bespoke e-commerce web applications is highly desirable.
- Experience coordinating teams, either client-side or agency-side.
- Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders across regions.
- Knowledge of Agile and SCRUM processes.
- Experience with issue tracking tools like JIRA.
- Familiarity with roadmapping tools such as Roadmunk is beneficial.
- Track record of meeting project milestones.
- Problem-solving skills and initiative.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively and meet tight deadlines.
- Proactive in identifying improvements and implementing solutions.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and video conferencing tools like Zoom.
