About The Role & Team
The CRM Executive will manage the calendar of communications for Walt Disney World, Disney Cruise Line, and Disneyland Paris, specifically targeting the UK and Ireland markets. This role involves a mix of creative and technical tasks, including briefing agencies, copywriting, sourcing images, setting up tracked links, and ensuring the quality and accuracy of email communications. You will be reporting to the CRM Manager, and this role will require you to be onsite 4 days a week.
What You Will Do
- Communication Management: Oversee the deployment of e-news and tactical emails every 4-6 weeks for each brand.
- Creative Briefing: Develop creative briefs and liaise with the CRM agency (Armadillo) for design and build.
- Copywriting and Image Sourcing: Write copy and source images from Disney’s image libraries.
- Data Management: Collaborate with the data team to define target audiences and validate data accuracy.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Obtain sign-offs from internal stakeholders, including senior leaders and the legal team.
- Email Testing: Conduct thorough testing to ensure emails display correctly across various devices.
- Reporting and Analysis: Review campaign reports, including opens, click-throughs, engagement, and revenue data, to inform future strategies.
