We're looking for a Coordinator to join our Production Safety & Sustainability team in a pivotal role supporting the systems, processes and tools that underpin safe, responsible screen production. The role focuses on improving operational efficiency through the use of modern IT platforms, data management and digital workflows. Working closely with the Production Safety operational teams and the departmental Training Manager you will support the backend management of key departmental systems used to track safety and sustainability initiatives, training records and production support activities. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys bringing order to complexity, is comfortable supporting multiple operational priorities and has exceptional organisational skills.

What You'll Do:

  • Assist with department meeting management, including scheduling, preparation of agendas and materials, tracking actions and recording key outcomes.
  • Support project coordination and training administration across the department, including tracking participation and maintaining records.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to support the development, revision and formatting of written communications, guidance and program materials.
  • Provide coordination and systems support to the Production Safety & Sustainability operational teams, using knowledge of production environments and digital safety systems to assist productions and departmental operations.
  • Maintain central libraries of safety documentation, risk assessments and operational resources to ensure they are accessible to production teams and safety advisors.
  • Support operational projects by helping integrate safety, sustainability and digital systems into practical resources for productions.
  • Assist productions with the coordination and procurement of safety equipment and supplies, including vendor coordination where required.
  • Manage purchase orders and invoices using digital procurement systems, ensuring accurate documentation and tracking for finance processes.
  • Produce regular operational reports and dashboards for departmental stakeholders.
  • Support the compilation and organisation of final documentation and wrap reports at the end of productions.
  • Assist with the maintenance and updating of production safety guidance, induction materials and operational manuals, particularly those relating to higher risk activities.

  • Confidence using modern IT systems, digital collaboration platforms and data management tools.
  • Experience working with digital systems, databases and workflow management tools is advantageous.
  • Exceptional time management, you deliver to a high standard to tight deadlines.
  • You demonstrate adaptability by working effectively in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment while managing multiple priorities, flexing to stakeholder needs.
  • Experience in an operational support, systems administration or project coordination role is preferred.
  • You'll bring a good knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems and procedures.
  • Experience working within a film, television, production, safety, sustainability or operational environment is highly desirable.
