Walsingham Support is seeking a Deputy Manager on a three-month secondment, to work across two busy services and report to the Registered Manager. This hands-on role develops leadership within care teams and ensures high-quality, person-centred support across sites.
You will split your 37.5 hour week between Crummock Road and Beech Avenue, with a pattern that typically runs 8:30am–4:30pm or 9:00am–5:00pm, and you will participate in the management on-call rota, taking on-call and sleep-in cover
