More about the service:
Our Cefn Parc service supports 3 adults with Autism. Your role will be to support these individuals with activities, hobbies, socialising and engaging with the local community. You will be supporting wonderful individuals to live a happy and fulfilling life. The service is a detached 2 floored house, comprising a large lounge/dining area and fully fitted kitchen, along with a large conservatory and games room on the ground floor. Cefn Parc has a large garden to the rear and the side of the property, enjoyed throughout the year by those who reside in the service.
